I give it zero Stars for the fact that I'm a woman and in 2014 I went in to have my tires rotated on my family van that I always bought my tires there and this time when I went in to have my tires rotated they came out and said everything looks good but one thing, It was a woman that I had worked with at another company that was behind the counter and she told me everything great on my vehicle only one thing was wrong with it and I asked her what that, she told me my transmission fluid was scorched, I looked her square in the eye and I said is that the story that you want to stick with? she told me yes and I said my father just changed that 2 weeks ago,and he had I haven't been back there since and I will never go back there again. The man that told her to tell me that was behind the counter with her but would not turn around and look at me. I have never going to commercial tire again.

Arrive and 3 words" we are closed today" seating 3 people at office looks like bored from doing nothing, but clearly do not want work!!! Use as a last chance to come here

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called & took my car in on more than one occasion to have the front air checked out. The first time they had it all day & told me it wasn't what they thought so I would have to bring it back. I called & made an appointment to have diagnostics done. Since they were already checking everything, I mentioned the back wasn't getting any air. I had no clue this was two different things, and they sure never explained it. I dropped my car off at 8am. Around 2pm they called me & told me they figured out the back problem & how much it would cost. I told them don't worry about it & asked about the main reason I brought it in. They said they never looked at it & didn't have enough time so I would have to bring it back for a 2nd diagnostic. When I asked why that wasn't the first thing they did since I stressed about it being the most important, I was told because the girl I talked to wrote the back down first. I asked the gentleman to please check the front. I was not going to pay for another diagnostic. At 5:30pm I called to check on it again. He told me that my car could have been picked up a long time ago because they weren't going to check the front. S

On a road trip for work. Air was dangerously low on our tires. Just needed to fill them before hitting the road. We were told there is NO PUBLIC AIR HOSE. Obviously..... Was just wondering if you could fill them up for us real quick. THANKS FOR NOTHING. The people who say this place is helpful and fantastic must be reviewing the wrong place.👎

Although they were very busy with road calls, they were able to make sure I got back on the road with 2 brand new tires. Manager was very informative and took the time to explain the difference between the tires so we could make a good discussion on which tires would be better for our trailer.
